Your website is $0. Add AI Chat for $49/month, Reviews for $49/month, or AI Phone for $149/month. Site Care is $29/month or $290/year. Complete is $219/month and includes Site Care.
What is included in the free website?
Website files you can take to any host, or free hosting on a SnappLocal address. Contact form and leads inbox. Owner login. The free website has no charge and needs no card. The free website includes 1 free update a month: a small change we make for you. More changes in the same month are quoted before work starts. Take your website files to any host for free, or use free hosting at yourshop.snapplocal.com. A free site cannot use its own domain or remove the footer on SnappLocal hosting. You buy and renew your domain with your own registrar. Your own domain and no footer come with Site Care. Complete and the other paid add-ons include them too. A free site on SnappLocal hosting must keep the "Website by SnappLocal" footer link. The free website has no end date. If you have not logged in for 12 months, we email you first. We pause your site only if you do not answer. Paid add-ons are optional.
What are the paid add-on terms?
No setup fee. No contract. Cancel anytime from the owner portal. Your add-on stays on until the end of the billing period you already paid for. No refunds for a billing period already started. You buy and renew your domain with your own registrar. Your own domain and no footer come with Site Care. Complete and the other paid add-ons include them too. When your last paid add-on ends, free hosting uses a SnappLocal address with the "Website by SnappLocal" footer link. You can keep this free hosting or take your files to another host for free. You keep your domain, website files and leads.
Who pays for my own domain?
You buy and renew your domain with your own registrar. Your own domain and no footer come with Site Care. Complete and the other paid add-ons include them too.
How do I request a free website?
Tell us about your shop. We build your free website and email you when it is ready to check. Use the contact form; it is a request, not an instant account signup.
What happens when I use my phone minutes?
AI Phone includes 250 minutes a month; Complete includes 500. Extra minutes cost $0.30 on AI Phone or $0.20 on Complete, only if you switch overage on. Otherwise, calls go to voicemail at the limit.
How does Complete compare with the separate add-ons?
Complete is $219/month, less than AI Chat, Reviews, AI Phone and Site Care bought separately ($276/month). It includes 500 phone minutes instead of 250, with optional overage at $0.20 per minute.
What does Site Care include?
