The work
We add city pages to your main site. Each page has real local details, such as permit steps, common problems, areas you serve, and real jobs you share with us. We do not swap town names into the same page.
Separate names. Different trade + metro pairs.
We also run 2 separate local lead sites. Each covers a different trade and metro area pair and has its own name. They are not near-copies. The sites say who runs them and which business gets the call or form.
SnappLocal owns these extra sites and domains. They are not your work portfolio. We do not pass off your past jobs as work done by those sites. We agree on both trades and metro areas before you sign.
We manage weekly Google posts, photos, and review replies. We keep your profile’s services, hours, description and photos complete and current, so Google has the right facts about your business. We also post each week on your Facebook page. You give us access. You stay the owner of your Google profile and Facebook page.
We work with one client per trade in each agreed service area. We write down your trade and area before you sign.

Each month
Your monthly report shows calls, form leads, and new pages added. We do not promise a place in Google or a set number of leads.

Complete is part of Market Domination, not an extra bill.
Complete includes Site Care. Site Care includes Your own domain connected; No "Website by SnappLocal" footer; SSL, backups and uptime monitoring. We fix anything broken on your site, any time. Plus up to 2 updates a month that you ask for, like new photos or new text.
Extra minutes are $0.20 each, only if you turn them on. If you leave them off, calls go to voicemail at the limit.

SnappLocal does. We own their names, domains, and sites. When your service ends, we keep them and point their phone and forms to the next client. Your main site and own domain stay yours.
There is a 6-month minimum term. After month 6, service is month to month at $1,000/month. You can end it with written notice. There is no new 6-month term. When service ends, work under this package stops. You keep your main site, own domain, content on your site, Google profile, Facebook page, and leads already sent to you. SnappLocal keeps the extra lead sites and domains. Their phone and forms go to the next client after your service ends.
No. We do not guarantee rankings, lead counts, or sales. We promise the work listed in your agreement and show what was done in your monthly report.
No. You own it. You add SnappLocal as a manager so we can do the work.
You keep it and its content. Under our free-site terms, it includes: Website files you can take to any host, or free hosting on a SnappLocal address; Contact form and leads inbox; Owner login. The free website includes 1 free update a month: a small change we make for you. More changes in the same month are quoted before work starts. Take your website files to any host for free, or use free hosting at yourshop.snapplocal.com. A free site cannot use its own domain or remove the footer on SnappLocal hosting. You buy and renew your domain with your own registrar. Your own domain and no footer come with Site Care. Complete and the other paid add-ons include them too. A free site on SnappLocal hosting must keep the "Website by SnappLocal" footer link. The free website has no end date. If you have not logged in for 12 months, we email you first. We pause your site only if you do not answer. Paid tools stop unless you choose to keep a paid plan.
No. Jobs and leads already sent to your business stay with you. We do not hand those customer records to the next client. The extra sites send new calls and forms to the next client after your service ends. We make clear which business will get each new request.
