Weekly Website Giveaway Rules

Who can enter

You must be 18 or older and enter for a business in the United States. One entry per business per week. A business can win only once, ever. False or automated entries and extra entries for the same business are not eligible.

How to enter

Use the giveaway form on our home page. Add your name, email and current website, if you have one, and accept these rules. Entry is free. No purchase needed. Buying anything does not improve your chances. Marketing email is optional and does not affect your entry.

Weekly drawings and rounds

Entries open Monday, November 2, 2026. We draw a winner every Sunday 8:00 PM Pacific, starting Sunday, November 8, 2026. Each drawing uses that week's eligible entries. After a drawing, a new entry week begins. Entries do not carry over.

This round has 13 drawings, from Sunday, November 8, 2026 through Sunday, January 31, 2027. After the last drawing, entries close until we post new rules for a new round.

Drawing dates: Nov 8, 2026; Nov 15, 2026; Nov 22, 2026; Nov 29, 2026; Dec 6, 2026; Dec 13, 2026; Dec 20, 2026; Dec 27, 2026; Jan 3, 2027; Jan 10, 2027; Jan 17, 2027; Jan 24, 2027; Jan 31, 2027.

We pick one business at random and check that it is eligible. Past winners cannot win again. Your chance of winning depends on the number of eligible entries that week.

What the winner gets

The winner gets two things:

1. A website we build and host on our free plan. This is the same free plan any shop can get today.
2. 1 year of Site Care, free. Site Care costs $29 a month or $290 a year. It includes: Your own domain connected; No "Website by SnappLocal" footer; SSL, backups and uptime monitoring. We fix anything broken on your site, any time. Plus up to 2 updates a month that you ask for, like new photos or new text. You buy and renew your own domain.

Approximate retail value of each prize: $290. Total value of all 13 prizes in this round: $3,770.

The prize has no cash value. It cannot be traded for cash or given to someone else. Add-ons are optional and are not needed to claim it. The winner pays any taxes on the prize.

Don't want to wait? Every shop can get a free website now.

When the Site Care year ends

Site Care stops on its own after 1 year. We never ask for a card and nothing is charged. Your website stays on our free plan, with the "Website by SnappLocal" footer, unless you choose to pay for Site Care. You keep your domain, website files and leads.

Entries made before these rules

Entries made under the first rules (version 2026-11-r1) for the Sunday, November 8, 2026 drawing stay in. That drawing's winner gets this same prize.

How we contact the winner

We'll email you if you win. Reply within 7 days of the winner email. If you do not reply in time, decline, or are not eligible, we pick the next name. We show a winner's name and website only with their separate written permission.
